1 Day or Weekend Kitchen Skills Immersions are offered at your chosen location, for individuals, private groups, families and/or friends.


This workshop is filled with food tasting, visual demonstrations and hands-on practice. You will be introduced to the exciting cuisine and a lifestyle that includes whole, organic, vegan, raw, plant-based foods.

  • Explore the history, the theories, the tools, techniques, terms, and the equipment of the organic, vegan, raw foods kitchen.
  • Learn to create meals and meal plans.​
  • Experience a variety of foods, knowledge and more for yourself and to share with your family or others.
  • Learn to easily eat more: Fresh, Organic, Live, Plant-based Foods: Juices, Smoothies, Mylks, Sylks and Infused Elixers, Protein Pates, Cheeze, Dehydrated Makings – Sweets and Savoury, Decadent Desserts, Sprouts and more.
  • Become familiar with the basic hygiene principals of a living foods kitchen.
  • Practice and learn fundamental and advanced culinary, nutritional and lifestyle tips and techniques.​

Raw Chef Certification & Lifestyle Immersion – ​Yoga, Raw foods and Plant-Based Kitchen Skills – Level 1

Teacher Bio:
Aaron Ash is the chef and founder of Gorilla Food, organic, vegan, raw food kitchens in Vancouver, Canada. In addition to the restaurant kitchens, he has been a private chef, a caterer for international retreats and events, as well as author and teacher. He is also a certified yoga teacher.
